Following a recommendation for approval, the Vale of White White Horse’s Planning Committee has granted permission for the proposed conversion of three existing agricultural barns located on land at Westcot Farm, Westcot, Oxfordshire.
The proposals will create a total of 7no. new high quality dwellings, designed to be highly sustainable.
Utilising materials of an ‘agro/ industrial’ nature, the dwellings will sit comfortably within its context, to suit the local vernacular and character, to achieve a harmonious appearance within the rural setting.
