the proposed development includes the replacement of many existing quasi-industrial structures and the new construction of offices, canteen and business space for a bespoke client’s requirements. It will be complementary to the form and scale of the structures that are being replaced and to it’s Green Belt location. In order to achieve these building forms, materials, colours, and textures have all been chosen to minimise the impact of the development beyond the site and a high degree of environmentally sustainable principles for natural light, sunlight, insulation, ventilation and good access underscore the brief for the project
