we designed and procured 4 terraced affordable homes, on vacant land behind the village store and post office. The design for the houses respond to the developer clients’ strictly controlled budgetary demands and the local authorities’ policies. Within these parameters, the designs utilise the maximum volume within each building, to provide spacious rooms for contemporary living and private south facing aspects that open-up the ground floors of the living spaces to their gardens
